TytoCare Mobile App Requirements

The TytoCare app is required for patient-side exams and device pairing.

Apple iOS

  • OS Version: Last two major versions.
  • Models: iPhone 6S and newer.
  • Tablets: iPads running the latest iPadOS.

Android

  • OS Version: Version 6.0 and higher.
  • Tablets: Galaxy Tab A, Tab A7.

Clinician Dashboard Requirements

Clinicians using the TytoCare web platform must use the following browser and hardware combinations.

Tablet Support for Clinicians
