If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging into the TytoCare App, please follow the steps below to reset your credentials.
Epic MyChart Users: If your healthcare organization uses Epic MyChart, please sign in to the MyChart application directly and navigate to the TytoCare Pairing or TytoHome Setup option in the menu for integrated access.
How to Reset Your Password
- Initiate Reset: Open the TytoCare App and tap the "I forgot the password" option on the login page.
- Verify Username: Enter your registered Username (usually your email address) correctly before tapping Send.
- Check Your Email: Locate the password reset email from TytoCare and click the "Activate Password" button within the message.
- Login: Once activated, use the new temporary password provided to log back into the TytoCare App. You will be prompted to create a new permanent password upon entry.
Troubleshooting Tip: If you do not receive the reset email within 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder and ensure you are using the correct username associated with your account.
