Follow this guide if a provider is blocked from accessing the Clinician Dashboard due to browser compatibility issues.

Symptom

The provider is unable to log in to the Clinician Dashboard and receives the following error message:

"This browser is not supported"

Possible Cause

The provider is attempting to access the Clinician Station using a non-compatible web browser (such as Safari, Internet Explorer, or legacy Edge). To ensure full functionality of medical peripheral streaming and WebRTC, the system requires a specific environment.

Required Browser: The Clinician Dashboard is optimized and supported exclusively for Google Chrome.

Suggested Solution

  1. Close the current browser window.
  2. Open the Google Chrome browser.
  3. Navigate to your organization's Clinician Station URL and log in.
